been a while since we made any ripples in this pond, and i say it’s about time we splash around a bit. this time for real.

firstly, apologies for the few poptart false starts over the past couplea months. the upcoming reunion will definitely happen and put an end all the waiting behind us.

ah yes, the reunion. wednesday 1 august, please mark your calendars. the venue, however, will be announced in the upcoming week. happening on that night is also the cure concert, get yer tics for that if you haven’t done so already!

Hello everyone,

It’s been a wonderful two years of crazy parties filled with every emotion we had the ability to conjure. Poptart closes its first chapter with our final two parties. Zaidi, Jah and wee.like.me will take a short hiatus with Poptart before we resurface in a brand new environment.

So here we present to you 2 nights of Poptart madness over this weekend. dietPoptart will happen on Friday night at The Butter Factory’s Art Bar with Zaidi and wee.like.me dishing out something less headbanging, and a lot more heartwarming, while Poptart’s ‘The End Is The Beginning Is The End’- our bash at Homeclub on Saturday, will be a no-holds-barred final flourish…let’s make this weekend a riiiooooooot…with lots of love of course

Most Fun to join us demonstrating indoors with devilish pomp… only at

hello beautiful people,

After two hugely eventful years, we’re
sad to announce that Poptart will be parting ways with Home Club. Sept
16th will be the final Poptart at Home Club.

Parting is always
such sweet sorrow, and we will always remember those fantastic moments
we’ve shared during our parties, as well as the wonderful relationship
we’ve forged with everyone who came to our events, and the fantastic
staff who laboured through our mindless nonsense. Also much love goes
to the management at the club for giving us an opportunity to host
Poptart there, even though it seemed such a strange idea during that
time.

I can’t even begin to describe this fantastic journey we
made with the club over the last two years, and where it has led us to.
For me, I have experienced every single emotion, good or otherwise, at
Poptart. And I will always remember all the wonderful people we’ve met
during at the parties. But all good things have to come to an end, I
have embarked on a new journey, and will be commiting my time to it.

What
next? Home will be replacing Poptart with another event: Hang The DJ,
which will feature Zaidi and Jah alongside other residents, do check it
out! As for Poptart, I will be putting the party on hold for the next
couplea months, and *fingers crossed*, we’ll be back in December at a
brand new venue. We’re not over just yet!

Once again, much love
to everyone of you who have supported us during these two years, we
really couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience.

Our
finale this month will consist of two events back-to-back: dietPoptart
happens at the Art Bar on 15 Sept, while the final Poptart on 16 Sept
at Home Club. Details will be out soon. Let’s make it a bang of
monstrous proportions!
